Yes, I think it’s very weird and unhealthy for people to obsess and rage over trump.
But, shocker, I feel the same about those who obsessively rage about libz.
There is an astounding lack of self awareness on that front.
People who rage obsessively about Trump have chosen the object of their ire. Same for people who rage about leftists. Now those who feel a need to rage about other people raging… that is ■■■■■■■ wierd.

Maybe instead of obsessing over objects of political ire, we need more hobbies. Preferably off the internet.

Living in the past is easy and can be fun, but it doesn’t have anything to do with the future. What is it that investment firms always say? “Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.” Same goes for politics.
