The $4.38 Billion given to a group of “illegal immigrants” who have not contributed in filling America’s goods and services cupboard, allows these illegal immigrants to deplete the cupboard without having to refill the cupboard. And instead of the American People adding additional wealth to their cupboard to provide for their general welfare, as they have by their sweat and labor, the wealth they have created has been consumed by illegal entrants and leaves the American people to sweat and labor a second time to simply to replenish the $4.38 billion in property consumed by illegal entrants.
And this, my friend, is a form of tax tyranny, well known to our forefathers:

They refuse to make the distinction between CHARITABLE GIVING and tax tyranny to support the health care needs of millions of illegal entrants and foreign aliens who have invaded America’s borders.
Stimulating the economy helps refill the “cupboard”. And if they’re getting stimulus checks that means they too have been paying taxes.
Then do the right thing according to you, give all of your money away to people you do not know and allow them to immediately inject every cent into our economy.

No, it’s being generous with other people’s money, largely on illegitimate objects for federal expenditures because of there not being any enumerated power for the federal to concern itself with anyone’s (among the several State’s or the Territories) individual welfare … no matter how dire their circumstances may be.

The constitutionality of using a progressive income tax to pay for social services is a well worn argument hashed out on these forums many times over. Essentially boils down to whether the Supreme Court ruled erroneously or not and an argument of opinions. Best to just agree to disagree to avoid wasting everyone’s time.

The idea that levying a tax automatically makes the expenditure lawful is corrupt and lawless. The expenditure must me lawful in and of itself. Raising a tax is not amending. Not even close.
