Your logic is greatly flawed. When the current flow of foreigners from Central America are allowed to consume goods and services which they have not helped to produce, and is what the $4.38 Billion allows them to do, it diminishes the available flow of goods and services in the country for American Citizens and increases the M1 money supply, i.e., helps to create inflation.

Foreigners use to money to buy from US retailers. This drives demand for more goods and services. The demand for more goods means more goods need to be made. Jobs are created to fulfill the larger demand for goods and services. More jobs means more people earning a wage. More people earning a wage means money they can spend to buy from US retailers. This drives demand for more goods and services. And so on.
As I correctly pointed out, your logic is greatly flawed.
The $4.38 Billion given to a group of “illegal immigrants” who have not contributed in filling America’s goods and services cupboard, allows these illegal immigrants to deplete the cupboard without having to refill the cupboard. And instead of the American People adding additional wealth to their cupboard to provide for their general welfare, as they have by their sweat and labor, the wealth they have created has been consumed by illegal entrants and leaves the American people to sweat and labor a second time to simply to replenish the $4.38 billion in property consumed by illegal entrants.
And this, my friend, is a form of tax tyranny, well known to our forefathers:

When it comes to healthcare and helping the needy, our socialist Democrat Party Revolutionary Leadership has no moral compass whatsoever. They refuse to make the distinction between CHARITABLE GIVING and tax tyranny to support the health care needs of millions of illegal entrants and foreign aliens who have invaded America’s borders.
