So, the real problems in the Russia-Ukraine cliff hanger is Ukraine rebels not like the Ukraine government. Those two provinces are in more of a civil war than Russian invasion. Russian are upset that the Ukies may join NATO and Ukraine citizens of Russian decent are being targeted by the government. Sure hope we do not get dragged into a Ukie civil war.

Biden can neither lose nor win with this incident.
To his supporters, intelligence sources predicted an invasion of Ukraine but the brilliance and courage of Biden looked Putin in the eye and Putin blinked…a la Cuban missile crises. Or, if Russia invades, we must all rally around our commander in chief…except for traitors.
Or….
If you don’t like Biden, Russia never made demands against Ukraine with a threat of invasion. This was a made up crisis with intelligence playing along as they did with WMDs, Hunters emails, and the Russia hoax…all to make Biden look good.
Or, if there is an invasion…then clearly Biden failed to force Russia to back down.
In other words, no one will change their opinion of Biden due to this.

Unlike the Afghanistan cluster ■■■■ pullout there is not a lot Biden can do other than make it worse. Geography is completely in the favor of Russia right now to stop them would take either a concession that Ukraine will never be part of NATO or all out war and that sure as hell isn’t an option with Russia.
Ukraine is surrounded on three fronts by Russia, if it’s and all out invasion the Ukraine military might fold fast and the Russians be in Kiev as General Milley said within 72 hours. If the country falls and insurgency happens it will be really ugly who’s going to be fighting each other.
An open question if invasion is eminent and the west truly feels that as they are saying it literally everyday it’s coming not just random bloggers but heads of state in the west. Would it might be in Ukraine’s best interest to sign a treaty they will not be part of NATO and stay a buffer country. They are a few in the EU Austria and Finland who are not part of NATO who are nevertheless our allies.
Or you know, realize what was keeping Russia out of Ukraine was the fact that they had to ship gas through it and now that Biden ok’ed their new pipeline, which avoids going through Ukraine, they have nothing to lose by going in.
Alex Marlow, the host of Breitbart on the morning show, doesn’t believe that war is imminent. I also have a friend who knows people who have friends or relatives who live in the Ukraine who also say things are being overblown.
