How about we return to liberty and end all the fed agencies they created since and for WW2? We should end withholding to defund them. Withholding was passed for WW2 and should have ended after it.

Not sure, but if Fauci created a global pandemic, ether by legal policy or shadow behavior it seems likely that an external interest would have a case that we owe $$$$.
Add to that the sentiment that “Democrats wanted it” given that Democrats represented the US during relevant time frames.
The funding itself is not only legal, but it is common. We send researchers to labs all over the world looking for pandemic threats and all manner of new pathogens. All the time. There has been nothing credible to show we funded gain of function research at Wuhan. Nothing.
The man’s a liar. It took so long to even get that half truth from him.
If you want him unguarded look to his earlier statement that conducting gain of function research was worth the risk of a pandemic.
