Sidney Powell released extensive excerpt from the sworn testimony from a high-ranking military officer about SmartMatic, a company responsible for voting software used in most US voting machines, including those by Dominion. According to the testimony, SmartMatic developed software to allow Hugo Chavez to rig elections in Venezuela, and the same software appears to be in use in the 2020 election here. Records show that the company was founded by three engineers from Venezuela.
