You are straying away from the point. Vindeman did not wear his uniform to work daily so it called attention to the matter when he wore it to testify.

I found the whole joke or non-joke asking him to be minister of defense to be important.
It showed his judgement to be off since there was never a reconciliation of whether this was actually a joke to him.
There was a lot of other oddities and inconsistencies in his testimony.

He offered no such thing.
But you may have different goalposts. If it was an implied condition on holding funding in order to have a legitimate investigation that is hardly impeachable.
I am only interested in Trump as far as his policies. Don Jr doesn’t seem to best chance of keeping those policies going to me.
