Clinton was impeached, for instance. But they did not vote in favor of it.
Constitution spells out the only restrictio on presidential pardon’s:
the President shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment
Not sure how a court could find anything else “unconstitutional” as it list only a single exemption.

I am not talking about Lib tantrums, I am talking about paying off porn stars, caging children, making racist remarks about members of congress, mocking the disabled, smearing war heroes, chucking paper towels at folks who just survived a massive hurricane and are homeless, ignoring the emoluments clause, refusing to honor congress’ role of oversight by blocking every point of inquiry, constantly complaining on twitter about how unfair you’ve been treated while treating almost everyone unfairly and the like.
