I know I am Conservative but Anti-vaxxers are starting to piss me off

That’s why I listed the populations in my post. I didn’t make it clear.

CA has a population of 39M, near 2X that of FL.

Yet they have a total death number about 1.15X of FL.

While deaths lag cases, given CA high vaccination rate, and the fact that the unvaccinated are 12x more likely to die than the vaccinated, I don’t think your dream will come true.

And a lot more cases. Not number, demographics.

Lower spread, fewer deaths.

Don’t get mad at me - CA has fewer deaths per capita that FL. I know you wish that weren’t so, but it is.

Vaccinations, mitigation both play a part.

California has a higher “spread”.

Which matters more? Cases or deaths?

Which of the two has the older population?

Well, somehow, to your dismay, they have way fewer deaths.

Sorry.

It’s not my dismay. Face diaper mandates aren’t keeping people from being infected.

You want to claim they keep the infected from dying?

So now your vaccinated self is scrambling for explanations…

Typical.

Sorry that CA isn’t dying enough for you. But the fact remains - they handled it better. My suggestion is accept it and move on. Cultists are a bore after all.

All I am claiming is CA has significantly fewer people dead of covid.

Therefore, whatever they are doing is better.

BTW, CA masks ‘mandates’ aren’t very strict at all.

Now you’re not making sense. The link just said California has a higher spread. You say lower spread, fewer deaths.

Which of the two? Who dies?

There is a mask mandate. Stop whinging.

Why compare California to Florida anyway? There’s like 40 states without a mask mandate.

They presently have higher spread, but over the life of the pandemic, way lower deaths per capita.

Masks? How?

Who knows. These are the facts.
