Part of the Jury’s responsibility is to serve as a check against vindictive prosecution. They also have a responsibility to question unjust laws. The Jury is the last line of defense against injustice, but far too many Jurists are intimidated by the Prosecutors and sometimes the Judges to do the bidding of the State and ignore their responsibilities to the People.

so in your mind having two drug addicted sex addict kids is a sign of good parenting? The first response of a Father when his sone in convicted of 3 felonies is “I’m proud of him” and that is good parenting? Playing his part in the influence peddling scheme (the product) so his son could defraud people out of $$$ is good parenting? Showering with his daughter is good parenting?
