Going forward, Is it ok…?

They are still Justices.

Doesn’t matter. At least not according to you

They are voicing their disagreement.

How do you get a time out of “in the discharge of his duty?”

His duty, in this context, has already been discharged.

The protest is in response to his duty - not an attempt to influence his duty.

They are not in session. Nothing they are currently doing is “in the discharge of duty”

Justify? You redefined cyber bullying to include parents telling teachers not to brainwash their children.

Do you have children?

Yes justify. That is not all that they are doing

This 100%.

Now I think this type of public harassment should be illegal. They are out living their public lives. If we want to protest, protest at their place of work.

However, conservatives have lead a crusade against any type of legislation limiting access to protest on public spaces.

It cannot be illegal.

It’s definitely not all they are doing. That’s ridiculous.

So not a parent, huh?

Yeah, I know.

Desperately trying to make it personal along with being dead wrong.

Wait, what ?

Sinema was harrassed by far left progs in the bathroom for not voting for Build Back Better.

I’m not a Constitution absolutist - it’s a very flawed document, written from an entirely alien perspective, in the context of the modern world.

But this part they got right - it cannot be illegal to approach power to express grievance.

Not really…

Ooohh Brain washiing kids…
Sounds scary.

The fact that you have enough parents upset over what’s being pushed on their kids to foster the need for some report the poster failed to cite is an indication that something in education has run afoul.

You failed to answer. Even snipped it out of the reply. So you are a parent?
