Fox News Military Guest: Torture Is Good, ‘It Worked on John McCain’

They wanted propaganda, not military secrets. They were attacking the will to fight, not the military.

It doesn’t matter if it is false or not.

No, the goal of enhanced interrogation was not propaganda.

Your question is irrelevant. What is relevant is, why did FoxNews decide to ban McInerney for stating a fact? That is a much more pertinent question than your attempt to misdirect the conversation.

They are not “liberal leaders”. They are conniving Marxists leaders who use the cloak of government force to keep themselves in power by stealing and then redistributing the wealth which wage earners, business and investors have worked to create

That was the goal of the Viet Cong when they tortured McCain until he caved in and made the propaganda recording. Aside from that, it does show torture can work. So why did FoxNews decide to ban McInerney for stating a fact? Seems that FoxNews has caved into our politically correct crowd … and they did so without being tortured.

American citizens are sick and tired of being made into tax-slaves to finance the economic needs of millions of poverty stricken, poorly educated, low and unskilled aliens who have invaded America borders.

Tissues appear to be in order here.

Ok, torture works to get propaganda videos. Is that our government goal? To create propaganda videos? If our goal is something else, what evidence do you have that it works to achieve American goals?

Your question has nothing to do with FoxNews banning McInerney for stating a fact.

Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney stated a fact when he said on FoxNews “It [torture] worked on John [McCain]. That’s why they call him ‘Songbird John’” And the song was dubbed McCain’s Tokyo Rose recording. Google it!

So, why did FoxNews decide to ban McInerney for stating a fact?

I’m surprised this has to be explained to you, but here it goes. McInerney’s position was that torture/enhanced interrogation techniques work, and that the Senate should not refuse to confirm Haspel over her connection with these techniques. He then sited his example of torture working by naming McCain and the torture he suffered, which at best led to a false confession, and not exposing actionable intelligence, would be the opposite of what we would be seeking if we were to employ these techniques. Thereby making what McInerney stated untrue, as his example showed torture did not in fact work in the way we would need it to. Meaning it was an incorrect statement, and doubly bad in that he accused McCain of being “songbird John” which is horrifically derogatory and demeaning to a man who should be praised and respected for his service to our nation, and what he has endured. Even more so considering he is on his death bed.

In credit to Fox, they decided they did not want to further be associated with someone who would not only make false comments, but who would demean someone like McCain with a horrible and misleading name, while he is dying of brain cancer.

FOX may not want to be associated with that scumbag…but there are plenty of posters here and elsewhere willing to jump (again) on the deplorable wagon.

I’m not interested in your interpretations. McInerney’s words were crystal clear and stated a fact.

He said on FoxNews “It [torture] worked on John [McCain]. That’s why they call him ‘Songbird John’” And the song was dubbed by vets, “McCain’s Tokyo Rose recording”. Google it!

So, why did FoxNews decide to ban McInerney for stating a fact?

JWK

Without a Fifth Column Media, Yellow Journalism, Hollywood, and a corrupted FBI, Loretta Lynch, Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama, would be making license tags in a federal penitentiary

Within the context, it wasn’t fact.

  1. Do you understand what context means?
  2. Can you provide the goal of torture in Vietnam?
  3. Can you provide what the goal of “enhanced interrogation” would be in the US?
  4. Reconcile these items.

So, why did FoxNews decide to ban McInerney for stating a fact? I believe the reason is FoxNews has caved into our politically correct crowd.

I already gave you the reason why. That you choose to ignore it is your issue. It was untruthful in the context of the US needs and position, and it was derogatory and demeaning towards a war hero who is dying of brain cancer. Pretty cut and dried.

What is your definition of “it worked”? Getting false information is “it worked”?

But today’s trumpanzees live for being derogatory and demeaning.

So very true. They are absolutely a cancer on this nation.

Big baloney. In context, the Generals statement was 100% factual!

Already asked and answered John. Also, I note you are ignoring the other half of the equation, regarding the derogatory and demeaning name leveled at McCain by McInerney.

No. Getting McCain to make a propaganda recording for the Viet Cong after being tortured. Are you suggesting McCain was not tortured and caved into making the recording?

JWK

Are you saying McCain was not dubbed “songbird” after making the propaganda recording for the Viet Cong?
