Federal Appeals Court - Individual Mandate

Really? I think not.

I just don’t like the thought of for profit healthcare. Healthcare and for profit are incompatible for me.

Just like for profit prisons…

Honesty. Thank you.

Don’t worry about it, I don’t have the time.

What about flood insurance?

Erp, homeowner insurance?

If not, how about renter insurance. Against that, too?

Are you a business owner? How about General Liability?

Gosh, if you are a worker how about Workmans Comp insurance. Are you against that?

Of course you don’t have"the time".

There is a difference between health care and health insurance.
By the way, how many of those types of insurance are you legally required to purchase?

Geze, ya think?

None of your business.

Uhhhh slow down…

I said HeathCARE.

NPR reported the impact in October. Lower premium…higher deductable…more user control of cost.

Answer the question I posed to you.

Businesses you say? Why yes. Businesses are required to have general liability insurance and workman comp, but it’s the business that pays for workman’s comp, not the employee.

Well, that may be news to many.

Are they opposed to me having to pay that on their behalf?

The Democrats should have included a public option when they passed it.

Is that interesting to you? Where are you, as an employee, going to purchase workers comp insurance? Are you confused because you see this as a deduction on your paycheck?

Why yes. It is.

Because I am an employER.

And I have seen first hand how Workman’s Comp entirely screws both the employEE AND the employER.

THAT is what happens when you get government involved. Everyone but the government employee gets screwed.

Then you should know that your employees aren’t paying for their workers comp. Are you actually charging them for that?
Your coverage, on the other hand, is a different story.

Are you claiming you are paying a government agency for worker comp insurance?

Thanks for the head’s up on that.

Yes, cost of WC gets passed onto the COGS.

Which the libs want but don’t want to pay for

Erp. Mandated by law and statute.

No. I am claiming that in order to do business I am required by law to have worker’s comp insurance.
