Ok, as long as you aren’t taking it out of their checks.
Yes, you are, just as I stated.
Some owners think it is a state tax, especially here in CA because the largest agency here is called “State Compensation Fund”. Makes it sound like they are the government agency collecting as a tax. I don’t know how they get away with that name.

OMG… Clearly you have no experience in business.

You’ve only made about a half a dozen faulty statements on workers comp alone.
Including suggesting that employees were paying paying for their own workers comp.
But by all means, continue young man. Keep telling us about your business acumen.

Yes, I am just as I have stated. I follow the law and I have a cracker jack CPA firm to backing me up to cross every “T” and dot every “I”.
Why should I care that the mouth breathers in CA (as usual) don’t have a clue?

Answer the question I posed to you.
Which had nothing to do with the post you replied to.
You’ve only made about a half a dozen faulty statements on workers comp alone.
No. I haven’t.
Including suggesting that employees were paying paying for their own workers comp.
No, I did not.
But by all means, continue young man. Keep telling us about your business acumen.
I am not a young man. I am a woman who has run a very successful business and can run circles around your constructs. Why? Because I’ve been there and done that.
And that is the difference between people like you and me.
I did it. I do it every day.
You look from the outside in and think you can do it better.
You have what it takes, don’t you?
Then, IMO, what you need to do?
Step up to the plate. Do it. It isn’t all that hard, is it? Afterall, you have all of the answers don’t you?
Then you should know that your employees aren’t paying for their workers comp. Are you actually charging them for that?
Your coverage, on the other hand, is a different story.
Erp. Mandated by law and statute.
Erp. You might want to check with your cracker jack CPA firm on that one. As I stated, owners are treated differently for workers comp.

Which has nothing to do with you not addressing the questions I posed to you.
Now what?
Erp. You might want to check with your cracker jack CPA firm on that one. As I stated, owners are treated differently for workers comp.
Okay, Guru of the internet.
Under which State and what are their parameters for such?
And BTW, this is addressing employees. Not owners. Read back on your own posts.

You are wrong on so many levels here. I’ve been an entrepreneur my whole life. I currently own 3 and sit on an advisory board. On the topic of healthcare/insurance, I have provided my employees health insurance since 2004

As you can see above. I addressed your employees in italics and you as the owner in bold. Both on the same post.

I dont believe their is any state that requires the owner to be covered, as you claimed that it was mandated in your post. Do you?

Can you quote where I said an owner was mandated to be covered?
You can read it for yourself.
