Was he wearing a kilt?
The narrative lives on regardless.
Idk was he?
The only reference to the boy wearing a skirt, that I’m aware of, came from the victim’s father.
Is it?
Is Xi trans or not?
by sending a previously arrested rapist/sexual assaulter to a new target rich community, I would think the bureaucrats in charge of the transfer could find themselves liable for something…
coming soon to your students…
I don’t think it matters. He was not there because of some lax bathroom policy. They were taking advantage of the system.

But the “transgender” angle that culture war conservatives thrive on… is finished.

I am a conservative and I do not want to share a restroom with someone who is obviously male. I have walked out of a restroom stall at the airport in Phoenix and found a man standing in front of me at the sink. I was the only other person in there and I can tell you my stomach sank. The fear was palatable. He looked right at me and I turned and ran.
If the person standing at that sink looked like a female, Then, I’d have never known. But if the person standing at that sink had a beard and wore a dress, I would not trust that I was in a safe situation.
I am concerned about this particular thread more for the fact that parents are being labeled terrorists for dissenting opinions and in this instance the situation got of of hand because of the failure to even acknowledge the situation.
Was that article about the first or the second attack?

What? What does that have to do with it?
Does it matter that the girl “invited” Xi into the girl’s restroom?

It does. It’s not the narrative that was portrayed in this thread. They had done this on several occasions. There was more to the story which was what I said in the beginning.

Agreed, it is not the narrative. Why does it matter?
Which link says "several occasions’?

The teens had “sexually charged conversations,” and had engaged in consensual sexual relations twice in weeks prior, in a bathroom at the school.
Men don’t belong in the women’s bathroom…full stop.
I don’t care about their “preferred pronoun” or anything else. The priority here is the safety and security of the women involved…not one dude.

Ok, why does that matter? How does that relieve the policy?

Xi is not a man.

The policy wasn’t the problem. Why should it be changed?
