Are there reports he identified as transgender or is this based solely on him wearing a kilt? Doesn’t seem plausible if he was actively pursuing girls.
He was a guy in the girls room…bad things happened.

Sure, I’m not absolving him. He’s guilty and should be punished. He was there because they agreed to meet there though not because he used transgender policies to sneak in.
We are not in disagreement…
My only point is that males belong in the men’s room…females in the ladies. If we can learn a lesson here it’s that bad things happen when you start mixing and matching and relaxing that simple reality.

The school board never denied that the boy wore a skirt. They were never told this or confronted about this. The father was arrested for disorderly conduct not because of any action by the school board but because he got in an argument with another parent.
It’s never been proven he wore a skirt or claimed by anyone else other than the father.
The school board denied the rape.
And transferred Xi to another hen house. Where Xi committed a second rape…

The superintendent apparently lied about knowing about the assault during a school board meeting. He has since apologized. He should face other consequences for that.
The school followed protocols after the assault. I’m not clear if it’s standard protocol to move a student accused of an assault to another school why the investigation is ongoing. If that is the case, that protocol should be changed.
What set the father off leading to his arrest?
Allowing Xi to use that bathroom is also a “protocol”.
