This was allowed to get all the way to the DOJ as an example of an arrest of a trouble maker without it letting out why he was making trouble.
The report was, by the way, that specifics not be discussed with individuals until the police had investigated. The school board members would have been in no way involved in the incident so there would be no point in hiding this from them.
