If there is no indictment, McCabe will almost certainly sue to regain his pension. He can demand information from the President and has the Paula Jones/Bill Clinton precedents to rely on.

Trump and his family could run with the second tier of New York real estate – he never was one of the big guys and when he overreached (the Plaza Hotel for example) it was a fiasco.

Trump and his family seem entirely not up to running with the professional side of the federal government.
