Trump can, and as with everything else ‘presidential’, he has surpassed them.
But then his promise to release his tax returns isn’t even considered a lie. It’s morphed into what’s constitutionally required. Suckers.

Unless the courts rule that law that allws them ANY tax return for ANY reason an over reach and unconstitutional.
Far as I know it’s never been challenged. Sounds like a good time for a challenge on it.
