The abortion case is a return to the Constitution via the 10th Amendment.
It doesnāt matter how limited Alito was. There was never a delegated power for this.
If you want national abortion on demand, pass an Amendment. If the numbers are what the Collective claims, itās a perfect case for one.
The SCOTUS wound itself in, and thatās a great thing. Roe was never right to begin with.

Mississippiās Gestational Age Act bans abortion after 15 weeks. Quickening begins when? 15 weeks. Thereās that.
