Cisco fires employees who asked the "wrong" questions during a BLM discussion

Just bow your neck and submit.

Or, just don’t say racist ■■■■■ How hard is that?

Very hard for some people apparently. Or at least ■■■■ other people decide is racist.

Like criticizing Obama?

Criticizing Obama’s policies = Not Racist

Criticizing his birth place = Racist

Why is criticizing his birthplace racist?

Exactly. They are paying me. Good thing You don’t work for a corporation.

Cause if you did and have that kind of attitude you last all of 2 seconds.

Like I said corporation like smooth seas.

No waves.

Allan

Well there wasn’t a single post with my name in either one and only threads at the time.

I’m talking about holding Obama to same standards of holding Bush…and for that I was called racist by forum libs.

And it was forum libs the refused to hold Obama to same standards they hold Bush too. So I ask…why? Is that not racism? Why won’t libs hold Blacks to standards they hold Whites?

Is it because they believe Blacks are inferior?

Because I cannot explained for this double standards away.

I wonder if everyone who’s been saying that we need to have “uncomfortable conversations” about race is truly ready to have one. What I’ve seen so far is people would like to have uncomfortable conversations as long as they’re comfortable with what’s being discussed.

The corporation says what can be said or not.

I have taken lots of nonsensical training, grin and bear it.

If you say it’s stupid training, that’s something better left unsaid.

Allan

You should never assume.

Have you ever been to one of these classes.

Bet you didn’t open you mouth.

Allan

They absolutely are not ready to have them.

You should never assume.

It’s stupid because they don’t let their employees speak.

It’s not training at all.

It’s also why things don’t get better.

So give us your experience in training.

Let’s hear what the subject was and the words you said.

Allan

That’s not the way this kind of training works.

This kind of training consists of what the corporation believes and how you will conform to it.

It’s not training.

In one group, I volunteered to lead the equal opportunity effort.

In another, I was asked to be on the team.

In all cases I voiced my opinion.

Which is why things don’t get better.

What was your opinion what the corporation wanted to hear?

Are you employed by that corporation?
