The CDC pretty much confirms that if you are able to social distance, masks do not add any protection. They are needed where social distancing is not possible.
It has been the guideline all along and hasn’t changed. The emphasis on masks is a tacit admission that people will not effectively social distance.

It’s a helluva lot better than Trump’s assertion that testing was the cause LOL. These people actually LOOKED for the evidence that protests were a major cause. They were unable to find it.

Miami-Dade and Broward counties had ten times the rate of infection as most of the rest of the state. It was the epicenter of infections for the entire state before the protests…

False assertion, they were unable to confirm either and their base set in the NE is flawed science. Of course an area with higher degree of immunity will have smaller spikes, or no spikes at all. Less people can get it.
Trump did not say testing causes the disease, he said more testing causes more of the disease to be detected. He’s right.
