Can libs tell me what is your standard American diet?

Around 5:30pm with dinner after.

I highly recommend to everyone here that they maintain a healthy balance of their gut. Eat yogurt, or take probiotics. Avoid taking anti-biotics from your Doctor unless absolutely necessary. I’m speaking from experience here, and trust me when I say that failure to maintain healthy gut bacteria can lead to devastating consequences.

Drink some almond milk, you’ll live.

The FDA provides recommendations; it does not impose a standard.

I know this thread is all jokes, but heart disease is very much a serious issue in America.

Checking in. This lib ate a piece of toast with homemade raspberry jam for breakfast. Hope this helps the op.

This is a myth.

Someone’s full of crap. lol

Yes, but not that much.

You should drink a bottle and report back.

A bidet is recommended.

You ever had a colonoscopy?

Nope, I’m only old enough to need a finger up my butt once a year. It’s only a matter of time though, I have IBS.

The preparation for that procedure completely empties the colon.

2-3 three regular poops, followed by liquid.

They aren’t 4-8 lb. pound poops.

You’re speaking from personal experience, yes?

My wife’s, other people close to me.

Also, I’m informed.

Speaking from other people’s experiences. Understood.

Ask your doctor.

No need. I weigh myself before and after each time. My average is 6 - 10 lbs.

This is also an Army trick for passing height and weight.

Lol, that’s water weight.

You’ll gain it back in a day or two.

Nope, still 10 lbs lighter than I was last week. My water intake is measured and regulated. I don’t have excess water in my body.
