Can libs tell me what is your standard American diet?

Really?

Wouldn’t have guessed that, either.

It’s good that all you libs are sharing your diet secrets
But no one has answered the OP question…what is the typical diet of the Merican Librul? Is there a more liberal diet…is what I think the OP was going for. I could be wrong.

Night all

This thread is the most fun I’ve had on the forum in weeks. Thank you, OP.

based on the fact heart disease is the number one killer in the country, pretty bad.

My diet is pretty basic…

Fruit in the morning with a bowl of unsweetened whole grain oatmeal.

Lunch is a salad with some sort of grilled protein.

Dinner is similar to lunch only smaller portion.

I only drink water, 30 min freeweights workout in the morning, a 50 min run in the afternoon, followed by another 30 min freeweights workout in the evening.

Or you know the basic lib diet as they call it…:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Gross.

Nice. At what time of the day you do your workouts?

We call it the green lizard.

We met two couples on a trip recently who were following keto diets. Meat with sides of meat at dinner. Incredible. They talked about their success and showed us before pictures. Intriguing concept.

That pile of bacon looks like a stack of logs from deforestation. But why just one egg?

Tofu?:face_vomiting:

Hilarious AND informative.

Ewww.

I bet if you actually put a link in your OP and explained what you were talking about in the first place this would have started out better. Just a tip from your good friend Candyman.

I do the powder. It weirded me out the first time I let it sit in a cup with the water for almost a minute and tried to drink it. Didn’t make that mistake again.

Tell me about it. Not my favorite either, but my wife is masterful at seasoning, and makes it palatable.
