That’s not spin, it’s recent history. Trump should ask for some more, but going to court to make the border a nat’l emergency will continue to show what side is for open borders and who is not…

That is going to be the spin they attempt on Trump’s behalf. But from Trump’s statements today at his cabinet meeting, it looks like he is not on the same page as some of his supporters who are claiming this is a win for the President.

What game? I just read your posts. Trump is for the wall, and your side is not… You don’t support any Trump issues, and neither do the your leaders Nancy and Schumer. What’s so confusing?
This is really important to note. Every time Trump tries to renegotiate something he keeps getting less and less of what he wanted. Do his supporters not see this?

It is how people should negotiate with Trump. He said he would sign the deal for $25B. Then he didn’t. He said he would sign the deal for $1.3B in December. Then he didn’t.
Whenever he overplays his hand, reduce the offer.
Fat donald admitting that it was his shutdown and most likely caving on the bipartisan deal. Pelosi winning again.

Aside from what Trump and Sean have told you, what poll shows exactly the portion of our citizenry that is specifically for those things.
I’m looking for a poll question something like, “do you want higher crime, more drugs, etc. yes or no.”

Businesses like Trump’s depend on this labor. That lobby is a strong one.
Trumplicans talk about shutting off the flow of undocumented workers but seem to omit the fact that holding businesses accountable would do just that.
If those businesses were held accountable, a large portion of undocumented workers would stop coming here. Anyone else left might be coming here for the wrong reasons. We can address that subject after holding businesses to a higher standard.
Will this ever happen? Nope.
Why? Because Trump wants a monument and a bumper sticker campaign device.

This is a great compromise. Lots of movement on both sides.
Trump gets about 1/20th of the amount for the wall that he could have had last year.
Democrats smack Trump down just a little less hard than they originally planned.
Win/win.
