Does the law say the fines and restitution must be paid or that the individual must pay the fines and restitution with no outside assistance.
If the later, then they shouldn’t be alllowed to vote.
If the former, then it’s not technically illegal so all is good right?

What crime has the criminal Trump! been convicted of?
If I get out of prison after serving my time and my mother pays my fines, is that acceptable? How about if my Church raises the money to pay the fines? Is that okay? Or would that be virtue signaling by my mother or Pastor?
