Biden makes it official with a "Disinformation Governance Board"

Well, they tried that. Lobs didn’t like it.

I did. @conan didn’t. I was wrong.

Yes it is.

And then there’s this:

Finally, Missouri and another state are suing the government for colluding with social media to censor Americans.

It’s funny that you mention that. A Federal Judge just completely obliterated that argument in Trump v. Twitter today.

Did not know Sean was a liberal.

Interesting…
Oh wait, you are using the18th century definition of liberal.

Playing stupid games is…well, stupid. Carry on.

That he didn’t appear to have enough evidence to prove they were in effect state actors doesn’t negate my above statement. Then again, that’s a California court.

It’s a Federal Court.

Did you read the opinion? Try pages 5-13.

The Judge goes into significant detail as to why the State Actor doctrine does not apply here.

The lack of evidence isn’t the issue - Trump’s claim, as alleged, fails.

Can private companies become state actors if acting at the direction of government, yeah or nay? Is it permissible for government to direct private actors to do things they are forbidden to do, yes or no?

Can they? Yes.

But it requires more than just “direction.”

Yes, it is.

Hopefully all will stall until after the Nov mids. With a Republican majority in Congress, worthless Mayorkas will resign; he knows he’ll be impeached. The propaganda department will cease to exist. When and if they kick Mayorkas out I hope they strip him of any Federal benefits as well.

I don’t blame them, they certainly aren’t liberals.

You ever seen him post here?

Mmmmmm

No, it isn’t.

Well, it really depends on how you define your weasel words.

What do you mean by “direct?” What do you mean by “government?”
