Andrew McCabe: 25th Amendment was discussed by Justice Department to remove Trump from office

Using the 25th amendment is not using force nor is it destroying anything.

It was sedition. Lets a jury decide.

Wouldn’t you agree?

It isn’t sedition.

Jeez guys… back away from that ledge.

No he wasn’t…he was appointed by very guy that committed sedition.

We all give our opinions on here. You are no exception to this reality. Neither am I. Why so emotional?

When in doubt, claim that Republicans aren’t really Republicans.

Deep state will never let this get to a trial. The fix is in with the new AG.

Otherwise we’ll have to assume (after no sedition charges are filed) that Barr knows sedition when he sees it, and this ain’t it.

Case closed. No sedition. No jury. Barr will let you know by his lack of action.

Except for the fact that the majority DIDN’T vote for trump.

 Comey was the cause of this.

So Coj, FBI, NSA and CIA aren’t?

Good to know. We can disband em then.

Yeah… and to “take pressure off the Russia thing”

The President was doing some real crazy ■■■■■

No surprise that some people talked about options.

No, it doesn’t. It exists for when a President is unable to fulfill his duties.

It also doesn’t overthrow or “put down” whatever that means.

They don’t need evidence. They need a simple majority by the cabinet and 2/3 majority by congress. It’s a political process. If a majority of the cabinet agrees, they transmit that to congress. Congress votes. A 2/3 majority confirms the decision.

There’s no fundamental difference between the process for the 25th and impeachment + senate conviction.

Was he elected?

Not until you find a prosecutor who is incapable of embarrassment at pursuing such a stupid case and has no shame participating in political prosecutions.

And who determines that? A majority of the cabinet and a 2/3 majority of congress. It can be because they think his tweeting results in him being unable to fulfill his duties.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl: there is no Russia thing. Comey was fired on the recommendation of one of the unindicted co-conspirators.

Sigh…

A discussion on whether the President is compromised by a hostile foreign government, and the potential need to remove him through a Constitutional i.e. COMPLETELY LEGAL process, is NOT sedition. Get that through your skull.

This is the buck wild part of this.

Apparently sedition includes getting a 2/3rds vote in both houses of Congress.
