Andrew McCabe: 25th Amendment was discussed by Justice Department to remove Trump from office

Mueller was appointed by Republicans.

The rest is talk radio dribble.

The Constitution doesn’t offend me. Of course it exists, not to change the outcome two ass clowns didn’t like.

Removing Trump by invoking the 25th is not “destroying” the US government. Trump is not the government.

Who appointed him?

Impeachment is fine?

Isn’t that focusing on the tool?

What evidence, note the word, do you or they have or had at anytime since he took office that the President is or was unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office?

I’ll wait.

It’s all very real and true. Denying it doesn’t make it go away.

That’s just the problem, isn’t it? By your metric, sitting and discussing whether such evidence exists is sedition. So we’d better not sit and talk about it, otherwise we might be seditious!

They didn’t “discuss” ■■■■■ They plotted.

Oh, so Trump is the government all by himself?

Sounds a lot like Trump supporters are warming to the idea of him really being “Dear Leader.”

Obama made a quip about how he’d be more flexible after an election (because he wouldn’t have to run for reelection again) and HE THINKS HE IS AN EMPEROR! HOW CAN THIS BE!?!?!??!?!??!?

But now Trump IS the government, and that’s totes cool.

Strange times.

Who plotted to use the 25th when Obama said it?

Head of State does not equal “The Government”

Comey wasn’t involved in this.

Well, yeah, it sort of does exist for that purpose. The only question is whether those two ass clowns can convince others that they have a legitimate reason to invoke the 25th.

Both impeachment, and the 25th, are based upon the opinions of those who exercise them and use them.

And discussing the use of those mechanisms is neither treasonous nor seditious.

Just how far did this “plot” to work within the confines of the Constitution go?

Trump’s duly appointed deputy attorney general, who was approved by a Republican majority congress. And Trump only hires the best.

We can’t talk about this because it’s sedition. Talking about it at all is sedition. That’s your metric, so I’m sorry, I won’t participate in your sedition.

aka-discussed.

Whose hair was on fire when Obama said it?

Now that is hilarious.

Look… talking about invoking the 25th amendment is really stupid for anyone to do because it is impossible to see to the end without the President being brain dead.

It isn’t an abuse of power to talk about it. It is extremely silly… but not sedition or treason or a coup.
