What’s your point? Is she asking personally for reparations? Is she specifically asking for reparations? Does “give people a lift up” mean monetary reparations?
So far, Harris has said nothing of the sort.

HARRIS: I think reparations - yeah. I think that the word, the term reparations, it means different things to different people. But what I mean by it is that we need to study the effects of generations of discrimination and institutional racism and determine what can be done, in terms of intervention, to correct course.
The only thing remotely close to monetary reparations is her Lift Act, but that has no race requirements. Anyone meeting the income requirements would benefit.
So, when she is advocating reparations for herself and others in no uncertain terms, there can be a discussion. Right now it’s a talking point without merit.

When we passed reparations for Japanese internment, while individual payments were what passes, it was a close decision between that and some museum/educational type thing
