An Arizona County’s Refusal to Certify Election Results Could Cost GOP a House Seat

Faith. It’s called faith.

I thought for sure that there would be a Lawyer who would charge them up the butt. But according to this article they are getting multiple declines. Again, as I have said before, Republicans who pull this stunt and spend taxpayer money foolishly will not benefit in the long run.

Interesting background article about the two Republicans at the center of this controversy.

This is probably where we hear, “they’re afraid of libs destroying their lives.”

Yup. I thought the report was interesting that Judd and Crosby went to the County Lawyer for representation and were told that he could not represent them since they broke the law.

Elections deniers? How sweet of you to mock millions upon millions of American citizens who dare to object to voter irregularities, election laws being subjugated, and our election process intentionally exposed in a number of States to allow unethical voting practices.

You should be ashamed of yourself!

There was no widespread or significant voter fraud in the 2020 election. The election manipulation appears to have been intentionally concentrated and limited to a few key battleground states and geographical districts which decided the election’s outcome.

My goodness. This issue seems to have raised your ire.

Cochise County’s concerns (which don’t even have to do with their own county’s canvass, so refusing to certify their own canvass is clearly breaking the law) have been addressed.

They have been allowed to “ask questions”, and those questions have been answered.

And they are only hurting their own party so I say…more power to them. Stick to your guns, Cochise officials!

McCarthy is going to have a hard enough time getting the speakership with a seven seat advantage.

Let him try to do it with a five seat advantage.

The backdrop here is AZ, where none of those things happened.

According to you.

DEFLECTION ALERT.

Your post is irrelevant to what you quoted from me.

Define specfically what cheating you re describing please.

Once the ballot is requested by the voter, received by the voter, marked by the voter, returned to the election office, and passes security verification - all prior to the ballot being separated mind you - what type of cheating?

Election denying works fine for many Democrats.

Certification is meant to assure that the election meets the legal requirements of being free and fair. If the election did not meet the requirements, then it should not be certified.

congratulation on being like a democrat, I guess…

You were lied to by people who were desperate to stay in power.

According to you, and has nothing to do with what I posted.

I heard there could be chain of custody concerns for voters who were instructed to put their ballots in a voting machine bin of some kind.

Also, hearing thousands of would be voters are signing affidavits for the problems they encountered including some being turned away at their polling station where they did not get to vote as they planned.

I also read a report an AZ judge denied an election day request to keep these problematic polling stations open for additional two or three hours beyond closing time to no avail too.

We have election deniers because they were told to deny the elections by those who would most benefit to the elections being questioned.
