the data in question was user created. there was never any connection for anyone to have stumbled across and joffe’s own emails bear out that he was the person charged by the clinton campaign to do the research and he used his companies and contracts to do it. there is no-one that came to him, he hired them

When the defense asked Baker basicallly if his memory was faulty or if he lied to Congress, Baker said the former.
