A possible breakthru on covid 19

like:

“The best news is that most of our patients have already been discharged, which is great. We’ve only had two patients perish,”

??

Sounds promising.

yes it does!

but don’t tell dictator in training michigan governor.

it might cost even more lives

Nonsense. Trump never once called Hydroxychloroquine a cure, but all the anti Trumpers claimed he did. That was not science, that was pure political hatred.

You don’t have to call something a cure to be dishonest. People who hawk supplements on radio shows make sure to legally avoid calling their product a cure too. It’s still dishonest as hell and targeting the same gullible crowd.

See my post below that I made 5 or 6 days ago.

Trump did mention it though, a month ago.

“President Donald Trump called the drug, remdesivir, “promising” 10 days ago, though there is no data yet to show whether it is safe and effective at treating COVID-19.”

So does that mean the people who are saying Remdesivir is showing hopeful results are hawking it? What is the difference? Do you think Trump made up the anecdotal information he was passing on about Hydroxychloroquine or was doing so to be deceptive? What would you think if he said the same thing about Remdesvir? Where is the science?

What is the difference? The bolded. He didn’t say the same thing about Remdesvir.

The president of the united states tweeted this:

That is hawking.

Yes he is and the reason being that he owns stock in the corp that makes it.

Trump spoke eloquently about the drug last month:

“It could have a very positive effect, or a positive effect, maybe not very, but maybe positive,” Trump said. “It’s very, very exciting.”

There should be a whole separate thread on the idiot losers demonstrating yesterday in Lansing and clogging traffic stopping people from getting to Sparrow Hospital. Worthless idiotic losers.

Ironic the name of the company.

I pray it helps.

Including the ones claiming it was in his mutual fund?

Should have used a bulldozer…

Can’t nail him down if he don’t say nothin

He did talk about it for a bit.

The reason this trial is encouraging (although I’m still waiting for more results to come out)?

Because patients with severe illness…even those on vents…are seeing improvement.

That’s the hopeful kind of sign you would expect to see from a therapy/medicine that’s actually working.

And opposed to only seeing “evidence” in mild cases where the odds of recovery were high anyway.

But I’m still not going to celebrate yet. Many more results needed.

Live in East Lansing. Friends on the front line in Sparrow. Don’t like the “dictator” comments about our governor. That remark reads like someone who doesn’t know anything about Michigan but saw some ■■■■ story on Fox.
