2020 Election Fraud Thread (Part 2)

Nonetheless the meeting happened, and Trump “offered” troops at least that much is factual, as evidenced by Mayor Bowser rejection letter of Jan 5th included herein.

P.S. I predict this particular committee will NEVER include in their final report most anything that is inconsistent with the narrative they’re after.

You left out “unless the city’s police department was consulted first.”

They are.

20,000 troops were never formally offered.

You mean like Trump’s Secretary of Defense testifying that no such order was ever made?

Mayor Bowser’s letter is in no ways evidence that troops were “offered” to her.

Yes Bowser wanted everyone to know she was in charge of such requests for troops.

So do you agree that the Mayor’s decision made here in rejecting troops offered up on Jan 3-4 was rather poor with hindsight being 20-20?

Timing of her response, Jan 5th suggests otherwise…

She didn’t.

CNN is reporting accurately, it is unlawful for Trump to “order” troops, rather his administration offered them up.

So he effectively did absolutely nothing

Point out where is says that in the article, please- that Trump or his admin offered them. I know it says "Trump has previously said that he requested National Guard troops be ready for January 6. He released a statement on June 9 that he “suggested & offered” up to 20,000 National Guard troops be deployed to Washington, DC, ahead of January 6 claiming it was because he felt “that the crowd was going to be very large.” But he is a liar, as you know.

Too late, as it looks like the cat is out of the bag here. Too bad Bowser didn’t have a genie at the time as she probably wishes a formal rejection of troops response did not go out for Jan 6th. Now the entire world see’s how politically motivated this mayor really was/is…

Once again, she didn’t reject troops.

Just because you wish it wasn’t true doesn’t make it so, refer back to the genie metaphor to possibly include yourself in that camp.

The projection in this post is astounding

If you wouldn’t mind citing where in the Townhall article you see that info (that she rejected troops) , I’d appreciate it.

No it does not.

According to Kash Patel who has been interviewed on numerous radio and television shows, President Trump apparently did an outstanding job here of proactively making it known to an assortment of people in charge including the Capitol Police under Pelosi and Major Bowser that an offer for up to 20,000 was approved. Even General Milley, the chairman of the Joints Chiefs of Staff was said by KP to be in attendance when #45 introduced this very offer.
