1am search. warrant. Innocent woman dead

That one works good, thanks.

All I can say is what the ■■■■■

Some much wrong here I don’t even know where to begin.

The swat team entering a half hour later and seeing bullet holes in the ceiling and asking if anyone checked up stairs yet… Finding her EMT jacket. Didn’t take them long at all to figure out how bad it was.

Of course the video only gives us one version of events but if what they are stating is true about the lack of announcing the BF should never see a day in court and every officer present at a minimum contributed to a negligent homicide.

The lack of any audio/video here is deeply disturbing to say the least.

Small victory

Good. He’s innocent of any crimes.

Shouldn’t have ever been charged.

That’s absolutely right.

Agreed.

This case is a perfect example of an unlawful shoot, and also why no knock warrants themselves need to be illegal.

The DA should have stopped it. Blue privilege.

False arrest should be added to the charges.

Acquittal…

The fault of the no-knock fubar should land squarely on the police leadership, and not on the cops they sent to do the job.

1 AM? No body cams?

They should have bought a couple dozen donuts and at waited till after breakfast while the place was surrounded the whole time. Cops need to realize that ANYONE can claim to be the cops, especially in the middle of the night.

Y’all understand that he was not charged with killing Breonna Taylor, don’t you?

Correct, (and apparently some folks wnat ot hang any cop on trial for aything related to being near the apartment).
Breaona Taylor was shot by Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly.

The man on trial in this case was Police detective Brett Hankison.

But hey they are cops. Kill em all and let god sort them out right?

Good

If someone bursts your door down at 1:00 a.m. it’s reasonable to assume a home invasion or at least someone with ill intent. Even if they yell “POLICE” how can you be sure? Crooks can yell “POLICE” as well to catch you off guard.

Unless there is a life at risk these middle of the night raids should be banned.

Nothing good happens after midnight should apply to the police too. They should show up early morning instead. Let them surround and stakeout the perps till then.
