10 year old raped, but at least no freedoms were lost

He said she did not notify the state about the case, which she was required to, and that he was looking to revoke her medical license.

Only problem? She did notify, she did everything by the book and now she has Pro-Life folks after her since the AG outed her.

Hindsight is a beautiful thing…

Of course this post assumes you would know they are going to rape prior to admissions into the US.

I don’t see anything there about her being denied an abortion. Every doctor is not an abortionist. Sounds like that call was from her physician who apparently wrongly assumed it would be illegal in Ohio.

What has the right done to deport millions of illegals?

They aren’t great either. Lesser of two evils, that’s how a two party system works.

Take them back to the border for starters.

Yes - I’m sure your expertise and in-depth knowledge of Ohio’s abortion laws outweighs actual doctors in Ohio.

The entire point of the law is to scare doctors into not performing any abortions - even if they might meet one of the exceptions.

Where did I mention anything about abortion or charging the doctor? I did not. I was speaking solely about the illegal immigration problem which those on the left can’t even seem to acknowledge. As evidenced by your post.

You have not shown the Ohio doctor was an abortionist.

You mean like making this national news??
Gotta score those points ya know.

I don’t have to.

You have not shown she was ever turned down for an abortion in Ohio either.

I have shown that the doctor who discovered her pregnancy - a child abuse specialist - believed that she would be unable to get an abortion in Ohio.

And? They assumed wrongly and not just according to me. According to the Ohio AG.

There are going to be cases that are outliers like this. A woman can go to a different state to get an abortion.

This isn’t a good reason to change the laws as they exist.

And of course the whole thing relies on having people believe conservatives are so heartless they would risk the life of a ten year old rape victim by making her carry to term. You have the wrong party when it comes to disregard for the life of children. That would be the party who stood for sixty million abortions.

Sort of surprised she went to Indiana, there would have been zero issues in Michigan.

You mean the AG who repeatedly claimed this girl didn’t exist, and that there was no evidence the rape ever occurred - a week after it was reported to the police?

I imagine the Ohio AG will say whatever he can to avoid the embarassment of this case - but public speechs by the AG don’t hold any legal weight.

Meh it’s government, red tape and bureaucracy is to be expected. He said it because he hadn’t found it yet. Bottom line, there is no evidence she was ever denied an abortion in Ohio.

No, that’s not why he said it.
