I said lies by biggestal99’s definition. In non-political terms, that would be misstatements and statements that proved to be incorrect when better information was obtained.
No, and it has nothing to do with two of the vaccines being made from stem cells of a baby aborted in the 60’s or 70’s. There hasn’t been adequate testing done to the long term efficacy or effects of the vaccine.
Why wait for a safe vaccine instead of a vaccine that was rushed by the president so he can get re-elected.

I’m more interested in any vaccines who may have been rushed through the FDA process for political purposes (i.e. - to get a vaccine out just in time for an election). No special training is needed for that. You just need to keep up with the news to find out which company may have released theirs before the Phase 3 trials were complete, and be able to read a label to match up the brand name with that company. Avoid that vaccine - and that is precisely the outcome I am looking for.
All I need from my doctor is verification of which brand is being used. He doesn’t have to be an epidemiology specialist to figure that out.
Seems we’re to believe Trump has powers to influence the FDA and multiple medical professionals to stand behind an unsafe or dangerous vaccine.

This is the problem. Trump has destroyed his own credibility, and he is currently the head of the Executive Branch. When he’s running around saying a vaccine will be here in a few short months, then you have people like me checking with trusted medical professionals and finding out it will be more like March by the time all the necessary trials are completed, it’s going to raise questions.

How do you know your doctor is not on the payroll of the pharmaceutical company of the maker of that vaccine? Doctors being paid to push drugs is not exactly an unheard of concept.
Basically because I have a brain, and can do research on which companies are doing what before I ever set foot in his office. And I can ask them to let me view them drawing the dose from the vial in front of me so I can verify the brand I want is indeed what I’m getting

I have no aggravating risk factors for or from COVID and thus I am in a position to wait and see how the guinea pigs work out (i.e. the first mass of people to get the vaccines commercially).

If they keel over and die, turn yellow, red or green or suffer from sudden immolation syndrome, I will hold off. Otherwise, I will get the vaccine.
