Here are the charges against him

1.First-degree intentional homicide.

2. Attempted first-degree intentional homicide.

3. First-degree reckless homicide.

4. Reckless endangerment (two counts).

5. Carrying a firearm illegally as a minor.

Certainly he is guilty of a least one of these charges without a doubt.

By all means, set case precedence for shooting violent pack animals who riot on the streets

How come rittenhouse was the only one who killed.

If indeed they were violent pack animals surely one or two would have been picked off by the armed that night.

He put out the rioters arson fires. One threatened to kill him for doing that and later chased him down and grabbed for the gun. Was it not reasonable for Rit to presume that the rioter was grabbing for the gun to do just what he had said he would do?

Nope. I examined the facts, and determined it was an unjustified homicide.

The opinion of the internal investigators was just that … an opinion, and biased at that. It should have gone to trial and the verdict of a Jury. That is how we determine guilt, innocents, and justice in this country … or at least, that’s how it’s supposed to work.
