This is what the jury will focus in on in the self defense claim.
It’s clearly not as open and shut case for self defense as you make it out to be.
Hey maybe the jury will buy what the defense is selling but to say it’s a clear self defense claim is simply not true.
The jury will decide based upon facts not what you or I think.

You eliminate the threat in anyway possible. Clearly she knew the other side was armed yet climbed though the window anyway.
