Okay he was on tv in the Capitol after everything was clear.

Why does the DOJ have to say anything when Penceās Chief Of Staff has made the statement that Pence did not leave the building that day.
Wasnāt it just a week ago on Sunday Morning funnies that Penceās former Chief-of-Staff said Pence never left the Capitol? He refused.
The charges being levied is that the protestors entered a restricted federal building. He was presiding over the joint session of Congress when the protestors entered the building. Thus breaking the law. The Secret Service has already made a statement that they had a plan to remove Pence to Joint Base Andrews and the he refused and stayed at the Capitol.
Penceās Chief of Staff? Pfftā¦ canāt believe anyone who works for that lib.
The Secret Service is in charge of the VPās protection. And they report to the Treasury Department. So the DOJ is not in the loop.

The DOJ is in charge of prosecutions and the location of the VP is relevant to many cases.
A judge ruled that the Secret Service will have to answer defense questions about the location of Pence on January 6. The DOJ can drop the charges if the Secret Service refuses to testify.

You have to ask them.
It could be that Pence was in a safe room or other location that is classified. Or it could be that they really evacuated him out of the building contrary to official reports.
In any case the DOJ requested that the judge bar cross-examination of the Secret Service witnesses, and he refused the request.

There are rumors that the VP and his staffās badges werenāt working during the time of the attack but I donāt find that believableā¦ and notice how I donāt bring this rumors here from websites like www.LiberalPatriotStorm or some nonsense place like that

The NSA records all phone calls. Anything incriminating would have already leaked.
Trump has been subjected to a virtual proctology exam for over four years. Each breathless ārevelationā has ended up evaporating under closer examination.
He is arguably the cleanest politician on the planet at this point.

Even though the NSA had had in place a warrantless wiretapping scheme since the mid 2000āsā¦ they do not record ll phone calls. That program is bad enough. No need to make it worse than it already is.
That is not proof that he didnāt do those things. Hillary Clinton was hounded in much the same way and nothing could get pinned on herā¦ and she has a freaking list of a bunch of people that she and her husband had killed going back decades.

We now know from reporting that Enrique Tarrio met with Stuart Rhodes on January 5th.
We know that Tarrio ( a known FBI Informant) went to the White House on Jan 4 under the guise of being on a public tour, where he met with Trump to hash out their plans with the FBI agents loyal to Trump and this finalized plan was being relayed to Rhodes in person.

Absolutely. And who is in charge of the NSA Biden. If there were any incriminating conversations involving Trump, the WH would be able to declassify them.
