It isnât even possible. That would require easily 100,000,000 people be tested.
That capacity doesnât exist in any country on earth.

We can dump $1.5trillion into banks, go to war in foreign countries, but we canât make 100mil test kits?
Well thatâs simply not something you have any way to support.
But accessible testing for anyone who thinks they have symptoms or were in contact with someone who did would be the goal.
You know, like South Korea has been doing.

We can over time, but the production capacity doesnât exist to do it quickly anywhere on earth.
South korea has a total population of 60 million people.
You canât just wish hundreds of millions of test kits into being much less the lab capacity to handle them.
Yet you have previously claimed we can develop, test, and manufacture a vaccine in even greater magnitudes in a matter of months.

Even if we could test everyone in the US tomorrow new cases will still appear.
