Who should pay for quarantine and testing?

The whole discussion at that point was about the appropriateness of which test should be done and why.

That didn’t seem to stop you from making up your own narrative anyway.

I didn’t makeup anything, your posts are there for all to read.

And if you had read them it was clear I was talking about isolation since I mentioned it multiple times and yet never said anything about which test he should get other than quoting the article where it said he requested a flu test first.

You’re making up a narrative for me based on your assumptions. Just stop.

No you didn’t and he was already in Isolation.

I’m making up nothing I quoted your posts word for word.

You screwed up and we both know it so carrying this on further isn’t going to help.

Dude, just stop. I admitted I misunderstood Doug on the issue regarding isolation… why can’t you admit you misunderstood what I was talking about? Are you incapable of humility?

I didn’t misunderstand anything. You did.

Are you incapable of humility?

Face the mirror when you ask that question.

Considering the large amount of fatalities, does it matter?

We haven’t had a large number of fatalities. Far from it.

The quicker we get suspected cases Isolated, evaluated, and if necessary quarantined the quicker this will be over and with the lowest possible number of deaths.

Posting my posts doesn’t prove anything when you decide they mean something different they did.

I screwed up by assuming that Doug was saying the patient shouldn’t have been isolated. Everything else you’re accusing me of is in your head.

What I’m saying is documented above.

Why? I already admitted where I made a mistake.

It’s not.

We’re already ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  Seems fairly likely that people have been spreading it in Washington state and probably elsewhere without realizing it.

No we aren’t. They’ll track everyone down and get them isolated and tested.

You have a minor outbreak, not an epidemic that is beyond control at this point and that’s all.

I’d like to hope you’re right, but that seems very unlikely when we’re dealing with a highly contagious virus that can be spread while the carrier is asymptomatic and in many cases only causes mild symptoms meaning a person could be sick with it and not realize it. Last I heard there are several cases in the US where they don’t know how the person got infected.

So far unless something changed today only two cases of unknown origin and they are running them down.

This may yet get very serious but right now they are responding appropriately at least for the most part so we’re nowhere near panic time.

Personally I would go ahead and shut off all passenger travel from other affected countries and limit it to essential travel only with testing and quarantine with no exceptions.

Yes you were, that is my opinion.
It was your opinion that her claims didn’t support her posts… which did not prove to be correct.
