No…I truly do not. When the Byrd turd stuck out his gun from hiding, only then did someone on Ashli’s side of the doors yell, “gun”. She was halfway through, on the other side of the crowded area, blind to him being there and she was his intended target.
So one of us has a closed mind and, unsurprisingly, it is you.
I simply observe the pieces of life’s puzzles and attempt to see the truth with in it. If what you or anyone else says, makes sense, I recontemplate the affair. In this case, Byrd turds arm only became visible at the time Ashli was climbing through the window because she was his intended target. That’s when he came out of hiding. His purpose was to come as close to a point blank shot on her as possible and to do that, he had to come out of his l’il hiding spot.

Yep…and once again, where’s the Byrd turd? Oh yeah…he’s hiding way off to the right, cuz he said he was scared…even though, he was the only one with a gun. Notice how he can’t be seen? Ashli couldn’t see him either. If he was protecting those on this side of the doors, he should be standing between those doors with his gun drawn and the bald headed guy that can be seen. How anyone can dismiss this outright ambush of a murder as being justified, is despicable.

Try better logic next time.
My logic is simple…the Byrd turd is hiding, lying in wait for the first person to come through that door. It’s murder, plain and simple. He should be charged and tried.
