I chalked it up to human nature and moved. The same way I left the city here in the US where I was a minority. Why go through the hassle? If I was black in America I’d live in a majority black neighborhood.

The system is the problem, which happens to be dominated by old white guys. A lot of those old white guys are trying to re-calibrate the system. And a lot are trying to keep the system in place.
