Just for the record even if 13 percent of police department is black minority…you still feel like a minority. Meaning the privilege goes to majority. Now I want you to think about that for moment. For me it comes across that you’re jealous that you aren’t the majority in America.
So what would make it better for you? Having more blacks on police department like 50/50 between whites and blacks?
Would that make it better?
And if that is how you “feel”…then aren’t you wanting “special” privilege yourself as being an minority?

You did not give examples, you resorted to playing a game. There are times you can be serious, and other times, it is just a game.

Can I grow up in the suburbs of Philly? Then yes, If you are talking the actual city or the far out suburbs then No, too many actual racists. I will never forget the day I started my job in Philly after moving down from NE PA. It was 1997 and a met a black co worker who I became friends with but he point blank told me there were places in the city that people who look like me don’t go unless they are with people who look like him and other parts of the city he wouldn’t go unless he was with someone who looked like me. It was an eye opener for sure.
Yes…you need to keep reading with open mind. There is something even bigger revealing that came out.

I was no better, it was a huge problem for me back then too. I was holding myself back, thinking I was moving forward blaming everything on the external.
Human nature. I understand why PG feels that way…but blaming all white people for being majority isn’t going to solve the problem.

I don’t think they’ll ever stop being a minority if New York State is any indication. Something needs to change, and I don’t think it’s a government solution that’s gonna do anything meaningful for them. 
Precisely…unless they demand special privilege. In which seems to be direction they want to go. Wanted goverment to do the very thing they’re complaining about. To discriminate.

I can understand it. I lived in a black majority country for a year, I didn’t care for it. Too many people hassled me because I was white.
