E-verify helps prevent the need to lock people up. It is a tool that employers could use to help assure that they are complying with the law. How on Earth is this a bad idea?
Sounds good to me.
It will never happen because neither party wants that. If we cannot get something as simple and common sense as E-verify passed, the odds of getting an agreement for immediate deportation are less than zero. The republicans have stopped supporting this. And I’d like to know why.
