Where are the arrests for showing up at Justices homes?

He should go to prison for that threat.

Not true.

That would surprise me because I used to live across the street from a federal judge and there was a blur over his property on google earth and his property tax records were also not in the system and that was over five years ago.

Are you though?

From Dox Definition & Meaning - Merriam-Webster

an example

This isn’t the first time the LAPD has been doxxed. In 2011, a group affiliated with the online hackers Anonymous claimed responsibility for posting personal information of more than 40 officers, including their home addresses, campaign contributions, property records, and names of family members after they claimed the LAPD oppressed them by shutting down the Occupy L.A. Movement.

Do cops not own homes?

There was a blur over Judge Kavanaugh’s house as well but his address (actually a boatload of his addresses) were available to me within five minutes.

They revealed the specific cops’ names. No one would have known they were cops or related them to the specific incident at hand if their names hadn’t been revealed.

Names that most people aren’t going to know or associate with the shutdown of Occupy LA. And my guess is not all of those cops had anything to do with Occupy LA. And in this case, sending people to harass those cops isn’t going to change anything.

Judge Kavanaugh is a known figure, and his information is public. He wasn’t some anonymous figure making a comment and now people are being sent to harass him just to harass him.

Oh and notice the difference also. Judge Kavanaugh’s home address was put out so they could arrange a protest, but they didn’t reveal his political contributions, tax records, etc like the folks did to the LA cops…information that serves no purpose to have people know about.

If this had been done to Judge Kavanaugh then I would agree he was doxxed.

I’m not sure you’re aware of this or not but these folks are liberals. The rules don’t apply to them.

Can you restrict my right to carry a firearm in certain places? If so, then there’s nothing prohibiting a restriction from 1st Amendment rights in certain areas. If not, then all bets are off. To me, it’s simple. You don’t get to protest on private property and you don’t get to obstruct the entrance and exit of private property. You don’t get to violently protest anywhere because violence isn’t a Constitutional right. Peaceful protest on public property that doesn’t keep people from doing their job, I’m on board. All day, every day. Get violent, threatening or obstructing people from doing their jobs? You lost me.

Progressives. There’s nothing liberal about them.

Constitutionally? No.

Glad we could agree the insurrectionists doxxed them.

I missed the part where she said those who didn’t break into the Capitol, but who came just to show their support for President Trump and were peaceful, should be considered insurrectionists and arrested?

Maybe there’s a timepoint in the video to which I should pay attention that you could point out?

Maybe I should be more clear… Democrats. That party has been full of disgusting policies since the 1800’s.

I don’t agree. The Constitution protects your right to keep and bear arms. Carry in public? Constitutional. Carry on government property (our property). Constitutional. Carry on private property? My choice. I actually get upset if you DON’T carry on my private property but I also side with private property rights. If you don’t want me there with a firearm, I’m good with that. I just won’t come.

Under Federal statute Schummie is breaking the law here punishable by fine and no less than 1 year in jail.
Why didn’t he get arrested?

How about the people that walked into the Capitol not knowing they were trespassing on public property? If you were in the Capitol building and not acting violent and the police waved you through, they have no business arresting you. That said, if you broke a window or attacked a cop going in, then yes, I want you prosecuted to the extent of the law. I also want BLM rioters arrested and jailed. The line HAS to be violence and awareness of wrong-doing. There are plenty of people that didn’t know going into the capitol building was wrong. There are people like the crazy shaman that were telling people it MUST be peaceful that they have no business prosecuting for anything but a simple trespass warning. This was NOT an insurrection no matter what the media wants to say. This was a bunch of morons, some of which were violent and deserving of prosecution, that ended up protesting in the wrong place. An insurrection would involve taking firearms to the capitol and trying to murder government officials to take control. This was not a coordinated effort, nor was it designed to murder government officials. There were a few idiots that we need to prosecute because calling people to action is a crime but walking around in the Capitol building without doing a bit of harm… those people should be trespassed and instructed not to return. They shouldn’t be arrested and jailed without bail in some cases… that’s over the line in my view.
