You are the one on earth 2.
You are free to come back.
Absolutely I believe it’s possible. Both sides are going to have to stop seeing each other as the enemy to make it happen though. The key is finding common ground on improvements that could be made.

The US middle class started contracting in 1971 .
What changed?
“Grandpa, Tell Me ‘bout the Good Ol’ Days” is a song.
You want to be June Cleaver?
They moved up, not down, how is that a bad thing?

No offense, but ■■■■ democracy. It’s simply an oligarchy of 300 million instead of an oligarchy of 20.
Individual liberty in a republic is the only way to true equality.
Representative democratic republicanism is what inspired, and created western civilization as we know it today, where a middle class was created…and is still strong in some areas, not so much in others (See USA).
We had individual liberty in a republic in the 19th century. Not much equality going on during that time.
Same thing, middle class shrunk because they moved up, not down.
If the middle class is shrinking, where are they going? There are only two places/directions they can go: up or down. And in fact, the middle class really is shrinking, but it’s because so many US households are moving up to higher income groups, not...

In a LIB utopia the bottom would magically be raised. But in the real world there isn’t enough wealth to raise the bottom by anything significant enough to make a difference.
So where does that leave us? The top will be replaced by the ruling elite and middle class will disappear.
In the lib world we can simply print enough money to provide a living wage for everyone here and for everyone in the world who wants to come here. 200 trillion dollar National Debt here we come!

History begins today.
Rain in Spain falls mainly on the plane.
I disagree. Policing is a mess. If it were reformed would it not be better for everyone?
