You do realize that a mathematical analysis that ignores the circumstances of each shooting is entirely biased and worthless don’t you?
You are most likely to be shot during a violent felony or when being arrested for same.
The higher rates of black offenders in all violent crimes than whites accounts for why they tend to get shot.
Blacks racist against other blacks? Pure comedy.
White officers are less likely to shoot a black offender than black officers because anytime there’s a killing of a black offender by a white officer it’s like a career ending event for the white officer and at a minimum they are far more likely to be tarred, feathered, and demonized to hell and back than the black officer doing the same.
If anything this is likely to result in more white officers being attacked and even killed by those offenders because even a moments hesitation can get you seriously injured or killed.
Probably some combination of law enforcement, experts in the field, and elected representatives.
I don’t give a ■■■■ about the race of the cop using excessive and unwarranted force against black people, or really any people, as long as they stop. Either you recognize there’s a problem or you don’t.
And those incidents are statistical rarities.
Of course, that isn’t what the stories at the link you provided were about, they were all about trying to convince us blacks are victimized at much higher rates than whites which simply isn’t supportable.
It’s all a big conspiracy against whites perpetrated by the blacks, is that it?
