I lost my brother to lung cancer a couple of years ago. He was a heavy smoker, and it finally caught up with him. He was always the life of the party. It was sad to see how quickly that can change.
I, for one, have no position on tariffs.
I have a position on mass migration, borders, DEI, affirmative action, government control of âdisinformationâ and control of the government by bureaucracies.
Look to the reasons people voted for Trump, not to all of his positions.
None of the true MAGA acolytes are as popular as Trump. And some of the MAGA lite folks are just wet blankets like Rubio and DeSantis. Dems have their own problems, but if the GOP tries to go full MAGA in 2028, itâs not gonna end well.
Trump is charismatic. He is able to draw massive crowds. There are GOP hopefuls waiting in the wings that might be able to carry his policies forward. I see no one on either side who would be able to draw the massive crowds like Trump.
I donât see the appeal of Rubio at all. Bland Secretary of State that was bullied by Trump and is properly subservient. Seems like someone that runs and loses after.
And you can see the out and out Disdain on Marcoâs face when Trump is speaking. Hes not about Towing the Trump Line. He seems embarrassed much of the time.
I happen to think that this is the best statement I have ever seen written hereâŚyou sum up grief in a most amazing and reassuring way. I appreciate you for posting that.
